Live Experience

Since graduating in 2009, I've been playing bass guitar, double bass and tuba with a large variety of live acts, from pop and rock to musical theatre and jazz.

This includes TV/radio, festivals to five figure crowds, cruise ships, touring with original bands and you'll frequently find me playing at various events with many of the top function bands in the southwest.

Collaborations

Being a busy session musician in London and Bristol, I've had the good fortune to work with a number of notable acts in my time.

A few names are Andrew Lloyd Webber, BBC, ITV, The London Olympics Committee, Jazz FM, Freyia, Tongues of Fire, P+O Cruises, Mango Factory, The Supers, The Bare Souls, Sarah Eden-Winn and many more...

Background

I studied Music at Paul McCartney’s famous Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. While there, I had regular tuition from Loose Tubes founder Steve Berry and received masterclasses from musicians such as John Patitucci, Paul Turner and Michael League; being exposed to some of the best influences the bass world has to offer.

A veteran in the studio, I feature on many projects and albums recorded in such esteemed locations as Parr Street Liverpool and Real World Studios.

I am also fully equipped with a home studio for remote sessions, stocking a large variety of instruments, amplification and effects to find the perfect sound for your record.
